I want to tell you about my most favorite Christmas album in the whole wide world. It is Christmas Portrait by the Carpenters.
I have to thank my parents for this one, because I grew up listening to it, and I don’t think it would be Christmas without Karen Carpenter’s voice. The album runs the gamut of holiday sounds (classical, popular, even instrumental), and thus I often say it’s the only Christmas album you need. I consider it pretty timeless, and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I’ve used codes from this site multiple times at American Eagle, and it’s always worked great for me. Another bonus is not having to leave the house to do your Christmas shopping!
I got my first red cup of the season at Starbucks today, and, ooh, I was excited. This is the earliest I’ve seen one; I think they usually try to hold off until after Halloween. Although Starbucks is a huge, faceless, capitalist corporation, they sure do Christmas right.
It’s not just the drinks, either, although you won’t see me turn down an eggnog latte. They have beautiful decorations, interesting products and just an overall sense of the specialness of the season.
